As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, and implementing interventions to enhance the development and quality of life for the children we serve. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of each child’s physical, sensory, and motor skills to identify individual needs and challenges.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with the child’s family and the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and practices to address fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to child development.
- Offer support and guidance to parents and caregivers, educating them on strategies to promote their child’s development at home.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each child’s progress, using data to guide treatment planning and adjustments.

Assist with development and implementation of outreach programs, workshops, and community events, fostering awareness and understanding of services for the public.
Qualifications:
- Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- At least one year of experience in pediatric therapy, with an understanding of child development, neurodiversity, and sensory processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and affirming environment for all children and families.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest research in the field.
- Proficient in English, Multilingual preferred (Bahasa, Mandarin, Tamil)
